Courier Collects Your Device
A courier comes to your door. You hand over the device. That's it.
- Collections run once weekly (Fridays)
- Book by Thursday to be on that week's run
- Laptops and desktops both collected
- Device is handled carefully - no packaging needed from you
Diagnosis & Quote
I assess the problem and tell you exactly what's needed and what it'll cost. No surprises.
- Full diagnostic within 1-2 days of receiving device
- You get a clear quote with no hidden fees
- If it's not worth fixing, I'll tell you honestly
- No work starts until you approve the quote
Repair
Once you approve, I get to work. Most repairs done within 1-3 days.

Courier Returns Your Device

Collections and deliveries run on Fridays to keep costs down. One dedicated driver handles everything with care. Need it back faster? Express return via DPD is available at extra cost.
What if you can't fix it?
You don't pay for the repair. You'll only pay the courier cost for collection/return. I'll always be upfront if something isn't fixable.
How long does the whole process take?
Depends when you book. If you book early in the week, your device gets collected that Fridays. Repair takes 1-5 days depending on complexity, then it goes out on the next Fridays run.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I don't snoop through personal files. If data needs to be wiped (e.g., Windows reinstall), I'll always ask first and offer backup options.
Can I drop off instead of using courier?
Yes, by arrangement. Contact me to organise a drop-off/collection. This saves you the courier cost.
